Kerryn is equally passionate about staff, championing access to education, training, and clinical supervision. Her focus on improvement and innovation ensures Amity evolves alongside the NDIS and delivers real impact.
With over 20 years’ experience in acute care and disability, Priscilla brings a wealth of clinical expertise and leadership to Amity. A former theatre nurse, she now heads up our clinical team, providing guidance and support to both staff and participants. Priscilla is passionate about high-quality, person-centred care and plays a key role in ensuring our team delivers safe, responsive, and compassionate support every day.
Taryn believes in leading with honesty, integrity, and a good sense of humor. She is here to support others, help them achieve their best, and enjoy the journey along the way. Titles aside, she sees herself as part of the team—always ready to pitch in, lift the mood, and keep things moving forward together.
Brooke is a Registered Nurse with six years’ experience at Amity Care. Starting as a Support Worker, she progressed to Enrolled Nurse and now works as Participant and Clinical Liaison Manager. Brooke is passionate about the NDIS and supporting participants to build capacity and independence. She is committed to person-centred care and proud to be part of a team that empowers both participants and staff.

With a background in paediatrics, general medicine, and palliative care, Kerryn delivers compassionate, holistic care. Her energetic, bubbly personality shines in every role, and she values connecting with people. Outside of work, Kerryn enjoys staying fit, dancing, and spending time with loved ones, bringing her positive energy into her caregiving.
Jot has always been passionate about caring for others. She began her career as a disability support worker before becoming an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse in 2022. Now in her final year of Registered Nursing, Jot is proud to be part of the Amity Care team, where she enjoys making a positive impact through her work each day. Leading the team in Support Coordination, Laura is a qualified Social Worker with over 20 years’ experience in the social care sector. Originally from Scotland, she moved to Australia in 2019 and has spent the past five years with Amity Care Services. Laura brings a strong social work identity, rooted in anti-racist and anti-discriminatory practice and is passionate about inclusion and social justice. She’s also a proud sausage-dog mum and never says no to a strong coffee and a good chat.
Since starting as a Support Worker in 1997 to working as a Complex Support Needs Planner with the NDIS, Angela has remained passionate about the disability sector. She holds a degree in Disability Studies and has also completed certificates in Yoga Teaching and Financial Planning. Angela’s experience provides deep insight into how the NDIS operates and what’s needed to support effective requests. Her strong knowledge of NDIS guidelines helps her advocate for the best outcomes for participants.
Anne brings a wealth of experience to the team, with a background spanning both the corporate world and the health industry. Anne is highly organised, efficient, and dependable in supporting day-to-day operations.
Her strengths lie in time management, communication, and problem-solving, ensuring the team stays on track and well-supported. Outside of work, Anne enjoys an active role in the racehorse industry and equestrian world, which fills her weekends with passion and purpose.
Sally is a Specialist Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery Coach with qualifications in psychology, management, and finance. She supports individuals facing complex mental health, behavioural, and family violence challenges with person-centred, strengths-based recovery planning. With a background in compliance and risk, Sally brings ethical leadership and strategic problem-solving, advocating for vulnerable people through compassionate, tailored, and collaborative care.
With a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and experience in community supports, Liam joined the team at Amity in 2024. Liam began as a support worker and after completing his in-house training he is a proud member of the Support Coordination and Recovery Coach team.
Taleah has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and experience working in the NDIS sector. She began her journey as a support worker, gaining insight into the challenges people face navigating the system. Taleah is passionate about mental health and takes a person-centred, empowering approach. Her genuine and supportive nature helps individuals feel heard and confident as they work toward independence and a fulfilling life.

With over 5 years in the disability sector, Emily brings experience in mental health, person-centered support, and heartfelt advocacy. Linda is driven by the belief that health, education, and empowerment go hand in hand. With qualifications in aged care, disability, mental health, and community services, she brings a holistic approach to supporting others. Passionate about wellbeing and resilience, Linda combines hands-on care with education to help people live independently and thrive. Outside of work, she finds renewal in nature, camping, snorkelling, and photography.
Jasmine is compassionate and nurturing, offering support with kindness and understanding. With a Bachelor of Community and Human Services, she brings strong knowledge and skills to empower others. Jasmine is experienced in mental health and disability, and passionate about supporting neurodiverse youth. Her empathy, organisational skills, and communication help individuals feel safe, heard, and empowered in their unique journey.
Kristie is a passionate Support Coordinator and Recovery Coach with 3+ years’ NDIS experience and qualifications in Mental Health and AOD. She empowers people with complex needs to build capacity, strengthen supports, and take meaningful steps toward their goals. Using a holistic, person-centered approach, she simplifies the NDIS process, connects people with the right services, and provides recovery-focused coaching every step of the way.

Katrina love music, exploring new cafes, family time, and diving into true crime podcasts or series.

Maninder (Ruby) works as a Rostering Coordinator and has a Master’s Degree in IT. While she enjoy the challenges of organising schedules and keeping everything running smoothly at work, her real world revolves around my two amazing kids — they’re her everything!
Ruby's hobbies are cooking and camping. Ruby says "Life is all about balance, and I try to make the most of every moment, whether it’s at work, home, or under the stars".
Ruby S is a valued member of the Rostering team, working as a coordinator to support both participants and support workers. One day a week, she steps into a participant liaison role, spending time with participants and reviewing their support needs. Ruby loves being part of the NDIS world—she finds the connections built with participants, support workers, and providers incredibly rewarding and feels fortunate to meet people from so many different walks of life.
What was meant to be a short stint during COVID quickly turned into a long-term role that Jane truly loves. As Operations Coordinator, Jane now gets to combine her passion for people with her background in teaching and training.

Her warm, professional presence makes her a valued team member and ambassador for Amity’s values.
Kristen serves as Retreat Supervisor at Amity and been part of the retreat team since its inception. Kristen takes great pride in the variety and purpose each day brings. Kristen, ensuring our participants are well-nourished with meals tailored to their preferences, overseeing the daily operations of our retreat houses, and caring for our animals. She also works to maintain the beauty and upkeep of our grounds, contributing to the welcoming and peaceful environment we strive to provide.

Over the past six years, she has grown alongside the company both professionally and personally. Jaymie is passionate about supporting our team and ensuring smooth operations.
